The realization of the customer’s ideas of functionality, design, quality and
costs is the task of our engineering team, as well as the development of new solutions and ideas. The creation of production-ready drawings and data files is based on our own designs or by data acquisition of:
- DXF files
- STEP-files
- measured pdf-files with a test dimensions
In our design office we work with the 2D / 3D CAD programs HiCAD next and SolidWorks.
This special know-how consists in the skilfull construction of goods that come up to your painting and electromagnetic compatibility expectations as well as profile solutions.

3. drawing up specification shett, order by customer
4. order registration, planning of the project process, order confirmation with delivery date
5. construction and release process
6. work Preparation (creation of work schedules and production papers)
7. repro / CAD / prepress approval process
8. manufacturing in our mechanics, keyboard production,
surface technology, screen / pad printing and systems engineering
(assembling, cabling) including installing / programming
machines and tools, as well as initial sample
9. Final inspection / examination / and creation of documentations
10. Packaging and delivery
