Customized foam inlay
Foam inlay for mobile encosure systems are also coustumized available. In this way every enclosure system can individually adapted to customer needs.
The foam inlay will be cuttet with a waterjet and can be individual adjusted.
PE foam is used for this, it is fine-pored, lightly, is weather and aging resistant, heat-insulating and has a good resistance to commercially available acids, alkalis and other chemicals.
Here is a project for a customized fome inlay 475 x 340 x 50 mm (18,70 x 13,39 x 1,97 inch).
The foam inlay can individualized for every enclosure system.

Noble steel sheet instead of new kitchen worktop
The existing breakout in the kitchen top is not the right size for the new hob, here a visually elegant and time-saving as well as cost-effective solution from Wöhr:
2 mm thick brushed stainless steel sheet was cut to the proper size with the waterjet cutter so that the panel could be glued to the existing worktop like an adapter. The result was a suitable eruption for the new hob, made of heat-resistant and easy to clean stainless steel.
Waterjet cutting mounting plate
The waterjet cutting yellow zinc-plated mounting plate (841.8 mm x 84.8 mm x 12 mm) can be applicated in different areas, for example as a cabinet holder in vehicles.
The machining of the sheet metal includes, in addition to the outer contour, 10 UNC threads and 8 countersunk holes (82o).
